**കോഴിക്കോട്: **പന്തീരാങ്കാവ് ബൈപ്പാസിൽ ബൈക്കിന് പിന്നിൽ ലോറിയിടിച്ച് ഉണ്ടായ അപകടത്തിൽ യുവാവിന് ദാരുണാന്ത്യം. കൊടുവള്ളി സ്വദേശി അബ്ദുറഹ്മാൻ ആണ് മരിച്ചത്. വ്യാഴാഴ്ച പുലർച്ചെ രണ്ട് മണിയോടെയായിരുന്നു നാടിനെ കണ്ണീരിലാഴ്ത്തിയ ഈ അപകടം നടന്നത്.

ഫാറൂഖ് കോളേജിൽ ബി.കോം അവസാന വർഷ വിദ്യാർഥിയായിരുന്നു അബ്ദുറഹ്മാൻ. അപകടം നടന്ന ഉടൻ തന്നെ ഇദ്ദേഹത്തെ സമീപത്തെ സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചെങ്കിലും ജീവൻ രക്ഷിക്കാനായില്ല. പോസ്റ്റ്‌മോർട്ടം നടപടികൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ ശേഷം മൃതദേഹം ബന്ധുക്കൾക്ക് വിട്ടുനൽകും. സംഭവത്തിൽ പൊലീസ് കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത് അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
