**കൊച്ചി: **മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി വി.ഡി സതീശനെതിരെ അധിക്ഷേപ പരാമർശം നടത്തിയ കേസിൽ ഒന്നാം പ്രതി ആന്റോ അഗസ്റ്റിൻ ഇന്ന് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യലിന് ഹാജരാകില്ല. കളമശ്ശേരി പൊലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ ഹാജരാകാൻ നിർദേശം നൽകിയിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ കേസ് റദ്ദാക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ആന്റോ ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ ഹരജി നൽകി. ആന്‍റോ അഗസ്റ്റിൻ സ്ഥലത്തില്ലെന്നാണ് വക്കീല്‍ പറയുന്നത്.

വി.ഡി സതീശൻ രണ്ടാം വിവാഹം ചെയ്തെന്ന വ്യാജ രേഖകൾ നിർമിച്ച് അപകീർത്തിപ്പെടുത്താൻ ശ്രമിച്ചെന്നാണ് കേസ്. ഈ മാസം 10ന് പത്തനംതിട്ടയിൽ നടത്തിയ പരാമർശമാണ് വിവാദമായത്. കോടികൾ വിലമതിക്കുന്ന വാർത്തയെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് രണ്ടുപേർ വിവാഹ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുമായി തന്നെ സമീപിച്ചുവെന്നായിരുന്നു ആന്റോയുടെ അവകാശവാദം.

കേസിൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് നേതാവ് രാജു പി നായരുടെ മൊഴി പൊലീസ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നു. അതേസമയം അർജന്റീന ടീമിന്റെ കേരള സന്ദർശനവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ജി.എസ്.ടി വെട്ടിപ്പ് കേസിലും ആന്റോ പ്രതിയാണ്. റിപ്പോർട്ടർ ചാനൽ ഓഫീസിൽ പൊലീസ് പരിശോധന നടത്തി രേഖകൾ പിടിച്ചെടുത്തിരുന്നു.

രണ്ട് കേസുകളിലും മുൻകൂർ ജാമ്യം തേടിയാണ് ആന്റോ കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചത്. മദ്യം കൈവശം വെച്ച കേസിൽ എക്സൈസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിലായിരുന്ന ആന്റോയ്ക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ജാമ്യം ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു.
