**ഹൈദരാബാദ്: **വിനായക ചതുർഥി ആഘോഷത്തിനിടയിലുണ്ടായ ദാരുണമായ അപകടത്തിൽ ആറ് വിദ്യാർഥികൾ മുങ്ങിമരിച്ചു. ഹൈദരാബാദിലെ സംഗറെഡ്ഡി ജില്ലയിലെ പടഞ്ചേരുവിന് സമീപമുള്ള നേരെടു ചെറുവു കുളത്തിൽ ബുധനാഴ്ച വൈകുന്നേരം ഏഴുമണിയോടെയായിരുന്നു സംഭവം.

'ശിരീഷ മെമ്മോറിയൽ ചാരിറ്റബിൾ ട്രസ്റ്റ്' അനാഥാലയത്തിലെ അന്തേവാസികളായ, 20 വയസ്സിൽ താഴെയുള്ള വിദ്യാർഥികളാണ് ജീവൻ വെടിഞ്ഞത്. വെള്ളത്തിൽ അപകടത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട സഹപാഠിയെ രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്താൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നതിനിടയിലാണ് ഇത്രയും പേർക്ക് ജീവൻ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടത്. നാട്ടുകാർ ഉടൻ തന്നെ ഇവരെ പടഞ്ചേരുവിലെ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ എത്തിച്ചെങ്കിലും ജീവൻ രക്ഷിക്കാനായില്ല.

കുളത്തിന്റെ അടിത്തട്ടിലുള്ള ആഴമേറിയ കുഴികളാകാം വലിയ ദുരന്തത്തിലേക്ക് നയിച്ചതെന്നാണ് പോലീസിന്റെ പ്രാഥമിക നിഗമനം. സിദ്ധാർത്ഥ് (പത്താം ക്ലാസ്), നരസിംഹ രാജു (ബി.ടെക് രണ്ടാം വർഷം), സുമന്ത് റെഡ്ഡി (പോളിടെക്നിക് രണ്ടാം വർഷം), ഗണേഷ് (പോളിടെക്നിക് രണ്ടാം വർഷം), ഉദയ് കിരൺ (പോളിടെക്നിക് മൂന്നാം വർഷം), ഷാം കുമാർ (പോളിടെക്നിക് ഒന്നാം വർഷം) എന്നിവരാണ് മരിച്ചത്. വറംഗൽ, കുക്കട്പള്ളി, വിജയവാഡ തുടങ്ങിയ വിവിധ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ളവരാണ് ഇവർ.

സംഭവത്തിൽ ബി.എൻ.എസ്.എസ്. സെക്ഷൻ 194 പ്രകാരം പോലീസ് അസ്വാഭാവിക മരണത്തിന് കേസെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഈ ദാരുണ സംഭവത്തിൽ തെലങ്കാന മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി സമഗ്രമായ അന്വേഷണത്തിന് ഉത്തരവിട്ടു. മരിച്ചവരുടെ കുടുംബങ്ങൾക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ എല്ലാ സഹായങ്ങളും എത്തിച്ചുനൽകാൻ ജില്ലാ ഭരണകൂടത്തിന് നിർദ്ദേശം നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

Deceased are Siddharth (10th class), Narasimha Raju (B.Tech second year), Sumanth Reddy (Polytechnic second year), Ganesh (Polytechnic second year), Uday Kiran (Polytechnic third year), Sham Kumar (Polytechnic first year). Deceased are from Warangal, Kukatpally, Vijayawada. This was not official center allowed by authorities for Ganesh idol immersion. Therefore there were no lifeguards or swimming experts there. Preliminary conclusion is accident happened due to slipping and falling into water during immersion. Police action: case registered for unnatural death under BNSS Section 194. Telangana Chief Minister ordered comprehensive investigation. Directed district administration to provide all necessary assistance to families of deceased. Health Minister Damodara Rajanarasimha and Women and Child Welfare Minister Seethakka also contacted Sangareddy Collector and assessed situation and ensured relief measures.
