**മലപ്പുറം: **നഗരത്തിന്റെ മുഖഛായ മാറ്റുന്ന സ്വപ്ന പദ്ധതിയായ റവന്യു ടവറിന്റെ നിർമാണ നടപടികൾ വേഗത്തിലാക്കാൻ ഊർജിത നീക്കങ്ങൾ ആരംഭിച്ചു. സംസ്ഥാന ബജറ്റിൽ മലപ്പുറത്തിന് അനുവദിച്ച പദ്ധതിക്ക് 65 കോടി രൂപയാണ് ചെലവ് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്. പദ്ധതിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ജില്ലാ കലക്ടർ ഡോ. വിനയ് ഗോയലിന്റെ അധ്യക്ഷതയിൽ യോഗം ചേർന്നു.

റവന്യു ടവർ നിർമാണത്തിനായി ഏഴു കോടിയുടെ ഭരണാനുമതി കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു. മലപ്പുറം സിവിൽ സ്റ്റേഷൻ വളപ്പിൽ ജില്ലാ കലക്ടറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിന് മുൻവശത്തായാണ് അത്യാധുനിക രീതിയിലുള്ള റവന്യു ടവർ സമുച്ചയം നിർമിക്കുന്നത്. 600 വാഹനങ്ങൾക്ക് പാർക്കിങ് സൗകര്യമുള്ള സമുച്ചയത്തിൽ പത്തു നിലകളിലായി രണ്ടു കൂറ്റൻ ടവറുകളാണ് നിർമിക്കുക.

നിരവധി സർക്കാർ ഓഫിസുകളെ ഒരു മേൽക്കൂരയ്ക്ക് കീഴിൽ കൊണ്ടുവരികയും പൊതുജനങ്ങൾക്ക് വേഗത്തിലും സുഗമമായും സേവനങ്ങൾ ലഭ്യമാക്കുകയുമാണ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം. റവന്യു ടവർ പദ്ധതിക്കാവശ്യമായ സമഗ്ര മാസ്റ്റർ പ്ലാൻ വൈകാതെ തയാറാക്കാനും നിർമാണ പ്രവൃത്തികൾ സമയബന്ധിതമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കാനും ജില്ലാ കലക്ടർ വിവിധ വകുപ്പ് മേധാവികൾക്ക് നിർദേശം നൽകി.

യോഗത്തിൽ എഡിഎം പി.ഒ. സാദിഖ്, മന്ത്രി പി.കെ. കുഞ്ഞാലിക്കുട്ടിയുടെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് പ്രൈവറ്റ് സെക്രട്ടറി ടി.കെ. അഹമ്മദ്, മലപ്പുറം നഗരസഭ പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പ് സ്ഥിരം സമിതി ചെയർമാൻ ഹാരിസ് ആമിയൻ, മന്ത്രിയുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളായ പി.എ. സലാം, പി.കെ. ബാവ, കെ.പി.എം. മൻസൂർ, പൊതുമരാമത്ത്, പിആർഡി വകുപ്പുകളിലെ ഉന്നത ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ എന്നിവർ പങ്കെടുത്തു.

Meeting also evaluated practical possibilities of starting construction without immediately shifting existing buildings.
