കൊല്ലം: റോഡപകടത്തിൽ ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റയാളെ ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിക്കാൻ സഹായിച്ച ആംബുലൻസ് ഡ്രൈവർ കുഴഞ്ഞുവീണ് മരിച്ചു. പാരിപ്പള്ളിയിൽ ആംബുലൻസ് സർവീസ് നടത്തുന്ന ബിഎസ് മന്ദിരം പാമ്പുറത്തിൽ അജീഷ് ആണ് മരിച്ചത്.

പരവൂർ–പാരിപ്പള്ളി റോഡിൽ അമ്മാരത്ത് മുക്കിൽ ഇന്നലെ രാത്രിയിലാണ് വാഹനാപകടമുണ്ടായത്. അപകടത്തിൽ ഒരു യാത്രക്കാരന് ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റിരുന്നു. പരിക്കേറ്റയാളെ ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിക്കാൻ ആംബുലൻസ് സ്ഥലത്തെത്തി.

ഈ സമയത്ത് സമീപത്തുണ്ടായിരുന്ന അജീഷും രക്ഷാപ്രവർത്തനത്തിൽ പങ്കാളിയായി. പരിക്കേറ്റയാളെ ആംബുലൻസിൽ കയറ്റി ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് അയയ്ക്കാൻ അജീഷ് സഹായിച്ചു. തുടർന്ന് അജീഷ് അവിടെവച്ച് കുഴഞ്ഞുവീഴുകയായിരുന്നു.
