കൊല്ലം: കൊല്ലം ചവറയിൽ വൃദ്ധമാതാവിനെ ക്രൂരമായി മർദ്ദിച്ച് മകൻ. ചവറ തോട്ടിന് വടക്ക് മണ്ണന്തറ വീട്ടിൽ ശ്യാമളയമ്മയെയാണ് മകൻ വേണു മർദ്ദിച്ചത്. തനിക്ക് നൽകിയ സ്വത്ത് സഹോദരങ്ങളേക്കാൾ കുറഞ്ഞ് പോയെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ചായിരുന്നു മർദ്ദനം.

Home nurse captured visuals of assault, which led to incident coming to light. Disturbing visuals have emerged. Venu, worker at Chavara KMML, fled after assault and has not returned. Chavara police recorded statements of mother and home nurse and started investigation.
