പാലക്കാട്: സ്വകാര്യ ബസ് ഉടമകള്‍ സമരത്തിലേക്ക്. പ്രിയദര്‍ശിനി പദ്ധതിയുണ്ടാക്കിയ പ്രതിസന്ധി പരിഹരിക്കാന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഇടപെട്ടില്ലെന്നും ബസുകള്‍ നിര്‍ത്തിവെച്ച് അനിശ്ചിതകാല പണിമുടക്ക് ആരംഭിക്കുമെന്നും ബസ് ഉടമകള്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

ബസ് ഓപ്പറേറ്റേഴ്സ് ഓര്‍ഗനൈസേഷന്റെ സംസ്ഥാന സമിതിയുടേതാണ് തീരുമാനം. സമരത്തിന് മുന്‍പ് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയേയും ഗതാഗത മന്ത്രിയേയും കാണും. പ്രിയദര്‍ശിനി മൂലം സ്വകാര്യ ബസ് മേഖലയ്ക്ക് 120 കോടിയിലധികം രൂപയുടെ നഷ്ടമുണ്ടായി.

ടിക്കറ്റ് നിരക്ക് വര്‍ധന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നില്ല. മുഴുവന്‍ ബസുടമകളുമായി ചേര്‍ന്ന് സമരം നടത്തുമെന്നും ബസ് ഓപ്പറേറ്റേഴ്സ് ഓര്‍ഗനൈസേഷന്റെ സംസ്ഥാന ജനറല്‍ സെക്രട്ടറി ടി ഗോപിനാഥ് വാര്‍ത്താസമ്മേളനത്തില്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികളുടെ യാത്രാ നിരക്ക് വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുക, 2022ല്‍ നിശ്ചയിച്ച സ്വകാര്യ ബസുകളുടെ യാത്രാ നിരക്ക് വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുക, ഡീസലിന് സബ്‌സിഡി ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തുക തുടങ്ങിയ ആവശ്യങ്ങള്‍ ഉന്നയിച്ചാണ് സ്വകാര്യ ബസ് ഉടമകള്‍ സമരത്തിലേക്ക് കടക്കാന്‍ ഒരുങ്ങുന്നത്.

സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്ന് എന്താണ് നിലപാട് എന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞ ശേഷം തുടര്‍നടപടികള്‍ സ്വീകരിക്കും. 'നിങ്ങള്‍ മികച്ച സംരംഭകരാണ്, നിങ്ങളുടെ വ്യവസായം ഒഴിവാക്കാന്‍ പറ്റില്ല' എന്നൊക്കെയാണ് തങ്ങളെ കാണുമ്പോൾ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയും ഗതാഗതമന്ത്രിയും സന്തോഷത്തോടെ പറയുന്നത്.

സന്തോഷത്തോടെയുള്ള അവരുടെ പെരുമാറ്റം കഴിഞ്ഞ മൂന്ന് മാസമായി കാണുന്നില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് തങ്ങൾക്ക് നിലപാട് കടുപ്പിക്കേണ്ടിവന്നതെന്നും ടി ഗോപിനാഥ് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.യാത്രക്കാരെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിക്കണം എന്ന് തങ്ങള്‍ക്കില്ല. സാഹചര്യം മോശമാണ്.

ഓണക്കാലത്ത് ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് ശമ്പളമോ ബോണസോ നല്‍കാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല. പണമടയ്ക്കാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് ധനകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനം ബസ് പിടിച്ചെടുക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യമുണ്ട്. എപ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും ബസുകൾ പിടിച്ചെടുക്കപ്പെടാം.

പശ്ചിമേഷ്യന്‍ സംഘര്‍ഷത്തിന്റെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തില്‍ ഡീസലിന് എട്ട് രൂപ 50 പൈസയാണ് കൂട്ടിയത്. അതിന് മുന്‍പ് ഡീസലിന് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ രണ്ട് രൂപ സെസ് കൂട്ടിയിരുന്നു. ഓയിലിന്റെ വില 250 ആയിരുന്നത് 400 ആയി. ഇന്‍ഷുറന്‍സ് ഒന്നരലക്ഷം വരെയാണെന്നും ടി ഗോപിനാഥ് പറഞ്ഞു.
