കൂത്തുപറമ്പ്: കണ്ണൂർ കൂത്തുപറമ്പിൽ 27കാരി കിണറ്റിൽ ചാടി ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്ത കേസിൽ ഭർത്താവിനും ബന്ധുക്കൾക്കും എതിരെ കേസെടുത്ത് പൊലീസ്. സജിനും അമ്മയും കൂടുതൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് മകളെ പീഡിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നെന്ന രക്ഷിതാക്കളുടെ പരാതിയിലാണ് കേസ്.

ജ്യോതിഷയുടെ ഭർത്താവും അമ്മയും സഹോദരിയുമാണ് കേസിലെ പ്രതികൾ. മാങ്ങാട്ടിടം സ്വദേശിയായ ജ്യോതിഷയാണ് സ്ത്രീധന പീഡനത്തെ തുടർന്ന് ഭർതൃവീട്ടിലെ കിണറ്റിൽ ജീവനൊടുക്കിയത്.

ഈ സംഭവത്തിലാണ് കോടതി നിർദേശപ്രകാരം മൂന്ന് പേർക്കുമെതിരെ പിണറായി പൊലീസ് കേസ് എടുത്തത്. 2022 നവംബർ 20 നായിരുന്നു ജ്യോതിഷയുടേയും പാതിരിയാട് സ്വദേശി സജിലിന്‍റേയും വിവാഹം.

ഇതിനിടെ താലിമാല ഒഴികെ ബാക്കിയുള്ള മുഴുവൻ സ്വർണവും ഭർതൃവീട്ടുകാർ വിറ്റതായി ബന്ധുക്കൾ ആരോപിക്കുന്നു. ജ്യോതിഷ ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ എട്ടര മാസം പ്രായമുള്ള കുഞ്ഞും ഇവർക്കുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

ജ്യോതിഷ മരിച്ച് ആദ്യ ഘട്ടത്തിൽ കേസ് എടുക്കാൻ പിണറായി പൊലീസ് തയ്യാറായിരുന്നില്ല. തുടർന്നാണ് ബന്ധുക്കൾ കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചത്.
