എറണാകുളം: സമയക്രമത്തെ ചൊല്ലിയുണ്ടായ തര്‍ക്കത്തില്‍ സ്വകാര്യ ബസ് ജീവനക്കാരനും യാത്രക്കാരിക്കും പരിക്കേറ്റ സംഭവത്തില്‍ ഇതേ റൂട്ടില്‍ സര്‍വീസ് നടത്തുന്ന എക്‌സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ബസ് ഉടമ ജിജുവിനെതിരെ ചെങ്ങമനാട് പൊലീസ് കേസെടുത്തു.

തിങ്കളാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ട് 4 :25 ഓടെ പറവൂരില്‍ നിന്ന് അങ്കമാലിയിലേക്ക് സര്‍വ്വീസ് നടത്തുന്നതിനിടെയാണ് സ്വകാര്യ ബസ്സുകളുടെ സമയത്തെ ചൊല്ലി തര്‍ക്കമുണ്ടാവുന്നതും കല്ലേറില്‍ അവസാനിക്കുന്നതും.

കാശിനാഥന്‍ ബസ്സ് സമയം തെറ്റിച്ച് സര്‍വ്വീസ് നടത്തിയെന്നാരോപിച്ച് മറ്റൊരു സ്വകാര ബസ്സ് ഉടമ കണ്ടക്ടര്‍ രാജേഷിനെ മറ്റുള്ള യാത്രക്കാരുടെ മുമ്പില്‍ വെച്ച് അസഭ്യം പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നതായി ബസ്സ് ജീവനക്കാരന്‍ ആരോപിച്ചിരുന്നു.

ബസ് അടുവാശ്ശേരിയിലെത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ ബസുടമ ഇറങ്ങിയതായി ജീവനക്കാര്‍ പറയുന്നു. തുടര്‍ന്ന് പുറത്തുനിന്ന് ബസിനുള്ളിലേക്ക് കല്ലെറിയുകയായിരുന്നു. സംഭവത്തില്‍ കാശിനാഥന്‍ ബസ്സിലെ കണ്ടക്ടര്‍ക്കും ആലുവ കുട്ടമശ്ശേരി സ്വദേശി സുറുമി ഫാത്തിമ എന്ന യാത്രക്കാരിക്കും പരിക്കേറ്റിരുന്നു.
