കോഴിക്കോട്: കോഴിക്കോട് നഗരത്തിൽ പട്രോളിങ്ങിനിടെ പൊലീസിന് നേരെ ആക്രമണം. സിറിഞ്ച് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പൊലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനെ കുത്തി പരിക്കേൽപ്പിച്ചു. ഇന്നലെ അര്‍ധ രാത്രി മാനാഞ്ചിറ സ്ക്വയറിൽ വച്ചാണ് സംഭവം.

ടൗൺ പൊലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനിലെ പൊലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനാണ് ആക്രമണത്തിനിരയായത്. മാനാഞ്ചിറ സ്ക്വയറിന് സമീപം പെട്രോളിങ് നടത്തുന്നതിനിടെ ഒരു സംഘത്തിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നയാൾ സിറിഞ്ച് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പൊലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനെ കുത്തി പരിക്കേൽപ്പിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
