കോഴിക്കോട്: കൊടുവള്ളി മാനിപുരം ഇരുമ്പോത്ത് കടവിൽ പുഴയിൽ വീണ് കാണാതായ 15 വയസുകാരന്റെ മൃതദേഹം കണ്ടെത്തി. കരീറ്റിപറമ്പ് ഹംസയുടെ മകൻ മുഹമ്മദ് ഷഹിൻ ആണ് മരിച്ചത്.

മുക്കം അഗ്നിരക്ഷാസേനയും വെള്ളിമാടുകുന്ന് സ്റ്റേഷനിൽനിന്നുള്ള പ്രത്യേക സ്കൂബ ഡൈവിങ് സംഘവും ചേർന്ന് നടത്തിയ തിരച്ചിലിലാണ് ഷഹിനെ കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. ഉടൻ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ എത്തിച്ചെങ്കിലും ജീവൻ രക്ഷിക്കാനായില്ല. മീൻപിടിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ ഒഴുക്കിൽപ്പെടുകയായിരുന്നു എന്നാണ് വിവരം.
