**ആലപ്പുഴ: **അമ്പലപ്പുഴ ഓണാഘോഷ പരിപാടിക്കിടെ കുഴഞ്ഞു വീണ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ജീവനക്കാരൻ മരിച്ചു. ആലപ്പുഴ കാഞ്ഞിരംചിറ വേലിയകത്ത് വീട്ടിൽ ദാസ് ബേബിയാണ് മരിച്ചത്. വണ്ടാനം ഗവ. ടി.ഡി. മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിലെ പാർട് ടൈം ജീവനക്കാരനായിരുന്നു ദാസ് ബേബി.

ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ട് 5.30ന് കോളേജിൽ നടന്ന ഓണാഘോഷ പരിപാടിക്കിടെയാണ് അദ്ദേഹം കുഴഞ്ഞു വീണത്. സഹപ്രവർത്തകർ ഉടൻ തന്നെ ദാസ് ബേബിയെ വണ്ടാനം മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ ചികിത്സയ്ക്കിടെ മരണം സംഭവിച്ചു. മൃതദേഹം ആശുപത്രി മോർച്ചറിയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി.
