**തിരുവനന്തപുരം: **സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് വിരമിച്ച അങ്കണവാടി ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്കുള്ള പെന്‍ഷന്‍ വിതരണം ഇന്ന് മുതല്‍ ആരംഭിക്കുമെന്ന് വനിതാ ശിശു വികസന വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി അറിയിച്ചു. മൂന്ന് മാസത്തെ പെന്‍ഷന്‍ തുകയാണ് ആദ്യ ഘട്ടത്തില്‍ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നത്.

അങ്കണവാടി പെന്‍ഷന്‍ വിതരണത്തിനായി സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ രണ്ട് ഘട്ടങ്ങളിലായി 34 കോടി രൂപ അനുവദിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഈ തുകയില്‍ നിന്നുമാണ് നിലവിൽ പെന്‍ഷന്‍ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നത്. മുൻകാലങ്ങളിലെ കുടിശ്ശിക ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള തുകയാണ് വിരമിച്ച ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്നത്.

ഓണത്തിന് മുന്‍പ് പെന്‍ഷന്‍ തുക നല്‍കുമെന്ന് ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് മന്ത്രി ഉറപ്പ് നല്‍കിയിരുന്നു. ശേഷിക്കുന്ന പെന്‍ഷന്‍ തുക ഈ മാസം അവസാനത്തോടെ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുമെന്നും അധികൃതർ അറിയിച്ചു. കഴിഞ്ഞ കുറേ മാസങ്ങളായി പെന്‍ഷന്‍ വിതരണം മുടങ്ങി കിടക്കുകയാണെന്നും ഇതിൽ അടിയന്തര നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കണമെന്നും വിരമിച്ച അങ്കണവാടി ജീവനക്കാര്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. ഈ പരാതി പരിഗണിച്ചാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ അങ്കണവാടി പെൻഷൻകാർക്ക് ആശ്വാസമാകുന്ന നടപടി സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സ്വീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
