കാസർകോട്: നാലുമാസങ്ങൾക്കുശേഷം വിവാഹം നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരുന്ന യുവതിയേയും പ്രതിശ്രുത വരനേയും വെവ്വേറെ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ മരിച്ച നിലയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തി. ബേക്കൽ കൂട്ടക്കനി കാട്ടാമ്പള്ളി തയ്യിൽ വീട്ടിൽ കെ. ചന്ദ്രൻ–റീന ദമ്പതികളുടെ മകൾ പി. അനുശ്രീ യെ കർണാടകയിലെ ഉൻസൂരിലെ താമസസ്ഥലത്താണ് മരിച്ച നിലയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തിയത്.

പിന്നാലെ പ്രതിശ്രുത വരൻ കണ്ണൂർ ഇരിട്ടി സ്വദേശി അമൽ (30) നെ എറണാകുളത്തെ താമസസ്ഥലത്തും മരിച്ച നിലയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തി. ഇരുവരും സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരാണ്.

എസ്.ബി.ഐ ഉൻസൂർ ബ്രാഞ്ചിലായിരുന്നു അനുശ്രീ. എറണാകുളം എം.ജി റോഡ് എസ്.ബി.ഐ ബ്രാഞ്ച് മാനേജറാണ് അമൽ.ഇവരുടെ വിവാഹം ഡിസംബർ 26ന് നടത്താൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരുന്നു.

അനുശ്രീയുടെയും അമലിന്റെയും മരണകാരണം ഇതുവരെ വ്യക്തമായിട്ടില്ല. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഔദ്യോഗികമായ സ്ഥിരീകരണം ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.ഇരു മരണങ്ങളുടെയും സാഹചര്യങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പൊലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ അന്വേഷണം തുടങ്ങി.

പൊലീസ് കൂടുതൽ പരിശോധനകളും വിവര ശേഖരണവും നടത്തിവരികയാണ്.വിവാഹം അടുത്തിരിക്കെ ഉണ്ടായ ദാരുണ സംഭവം ബന്ധുക്കളേയും നാട്ടുകാരേയും ഞെട്ടിച്ചു.

An engaged couple, both SBI employees, were found dead separately in Karnataka and Ernakulam weeks before their scheduled wedding on December 26. P. Anusree, 25, daughter of K. Chandran and Reena of Kuttakkani, Bekal, was found dead at her residence in Unsoor, Karnataka, where she worked at SBI Unsoor branch. Her fiancé Amal, 30, from Iritty, Kannur and manager at SBI MG Road branch in Ernakulam, was later found dead at his residence in Ernakulam. The cause of death is yet to be confirmed and police have launched investigations into both cases.
