**തിരുവനന്തപുരം: ** ഡാമില്‍ ഭര്‍ത്താവിനൊപ്പം കുളിക്കാന്‍ എത്തിയ യുവതിയെ മുങ്ങി മരിച്ച നിലയില്‍ കണ്ടെത്തി. പന്ത കാഞ്ചിമൂട് നിതിന്‍ ഭവനില്‍ നിതിന്റെ ഭാര്യ സിമി ആണ് മരിച്ചത് .

ഇന്നലെ ഉച്ചയ്‌ക്ക് 12 മണിയോടെ തിരുവനന്തപുരം നെയ്യാറിലാണ് സംഭവം . നെയ്യാർ ഡാമിനടുത്തുള്ള വീട്ടില്‍ നിന്നും നിതിനൊപ്പം നെയ്യാര്‍ ജലസംഭരണിയില്‍ കുളിക്കാന്‍ എത്തിയതായിരുന്നു സിമി.

ഇതിനിടെ സോപ്പ് എടുക്കാന്‍ മറന്നുപോയതിനാൽ നിതിൻ തിരികെ വീട്ടിലേക്ക് പോയി. തിരിച്ചെത്തിയപ്പോൾ സിമിയെ കാണാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ലെന്നാണ് നിതിൻ പൊലീസിനോട് പറഞ്ഞത്.
