അമ്മയുടെ മരണാനന്തര കര്‍മ്മം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനിടെ മകന്‍ കുഴഞ്ഞു വീണ് മരിച്ചു. ഇടുക്കി വെള്ളിയാമറ്റം മേത്തൊട്ടി ഇയ്യാത്ത് ലാലി (ഷിനോബ് 43)ആണ് മരിച്ചത്.

കഴിഞ്ഞദിവസം മരിച്ച അമ്മ ഇന്ദിര (73)യുടെ മരണാനന്തര ചടങ്ങുകള്‍ നടത്തുന്നതിനിടെയാണ് ഷിനോബ് കുഴഞ്ഞുവീണത്. വ്യാഴാഴ്ച രാവിലെ 11 മണിയോടെയായിരുന്നു സംഭവം.

ഷിനോബിനെ ഉടനെ ആശുപത്രിയിലേയ്ക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോയെങ്കിലും വഴിക്കുവെച്ച് മരിച്ചു. അച്ഛന്‍ പരേതനായ തങ്കപ്പന്‍. സഹോദരങ്ങൾ: രജനി നന്ദകുമാര്‍, സജിനി സുരേഷ്, ഷിനി.
